REGISTRATION

Regis­tra­tion fee includes admis­sion to sci­entif­ic ses­sions, pro­ceed­ings, wel­come party (May 7), refresh­ments dur­ing breaks, lunch (May 8 and 9), din­ner (May 8), gala din­ner (May 9) and vis­it of the Cathed­ral of St. Eliza­beth (May 10). Bank­ing charges are to be paid by the participants.

There are extra fees for the work­shops.

To receive the Early Bird dis­count, regis­tra­tion must be com­pleted and pay­ment received not later than on March 31, 2025.

Payment

Pay­ment for regis­tra­tion fee has to be made in EUR. Trans­fer should be made to:

After the regis­tra­tion, the con­firm­a­tion e‑mail with recapit­u­la­tion of the ordered ser­vices and pay­ment instruc­tions will be sent to your e‑mail address. Please, check also your spam folder. If you will not receive the con­firm­a­tion e‑mail with­in 3 work­ing days, please con­tact us: kami@agenturakami.sk, +421 905 886 084.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Agentúra KAMI must be noti­fied of the can­cel­la­tion of par­ti­cip­a­tion in the con­fer­ence in writ­ten form by send­ing an e‑mail to kami@agenturakami.sk
Can­cel­la­tion via phone call will not be accepted!

Can­cel­la­tion before April 7, 2025 will be pro­cessed without pen­alty.
Can­cel­la­tion made on April 7, 2025 and later will be sub­ject to a charge of full regis­tra­tion fee.

Par­ti­cipants are obliged to make the pay­ment for the Work­shop and Con­fer­ence in full before the date of the Work­shop or Con­fer­ence. If the pay­ment has been made with­in 3 days before the Con­fer­ence or Work­shop, par­ti­cipant shall have the proof of the bank trans­fer at the Con­fer­ence or Workshop.
